Jazz and opera fans can head for arty Barga a medieval walled town about ten miles away where there always seems to be a festival going on, while Lucca, the elegant capital of Northern Tuscany, is only an hours drive away. This is a photographer's paradise; there are views on all sides, the local towns are full of interesting cameos and the light is lovely. |
